EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
By downloading, or in any way obtaining this software “G-Mouse Configurator” or software related to G-Mouse Configurator. The end user (you) agree to be legally bound by this end user license agreement.
The software included in this installer (G-Mouse Configurator) has the purpose of helping / improving your personal experience in front of your computer, by allowing you to automate tasks, script / program tasks to be executed at a later time. The responsibility of any usage of G-Mouse Configurator, is solely placed at the end user (you). We can in no event be held responsible for any harm as a consequence of using G-Mouse Configurator, including but not limited to any penalty placed upon the end user, in the event of any usage of G-Mouse Configurator for a purpose which is against regulation, law or general opinion/moral in any given context, where the usage of such software (meaning software to automate tasks / user input, or any other third party tool) may not be thought of as welcome, or strictly forbidden.
Privacy
During usage, Blue Eye will automatically download licenses, if one is available, along with notifications about available updates and/or news. During these server requests, any information available to us, about the end-user, will NOT be used to identify, track or in any way be published, sold or made available to any third parties. We do not keep server logs of any personal information about you, or any specifications of your computer, apart from the Blue Eye ID, which is viewable from inside the settings window of G-Mouse Configurator as well as the IP address, from which the incoming request has been made.
License Conditions
You may not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, assign or in any way transfer the Software. You may not in any way modify the software except the way it was intended by the team behind G-Mouse Configurator, using only the provided tools / features that ships with G-Mouse Configurator. Furthermore you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the Software, or attempt to do so for any reason. Further, you may not access, create or modify the source code of the Software in any way. You do not have the right to and may not create unoriginal works of the Software.
We reserve the right to add additional features to the existing Software. We may require the updating of the Software on your computer when we release a new version of the Software. You understand that we may require your review and acceptance of our then-current end user license agreement before you will be able to install G-Mouse Configurator. You acknowledge and are aware that we are not obligated to make any subsequent versions of the Software available to you in any event.
Ownership
You acknowledge and agree that the Software is licensed, not sold to you by Licensor. You acknowledge that the Software, including all code, content, protocols, software, and documentation provided to you by Licensor in conjunction with the Software or our services are Licensor's property, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademarks, patents and other proprietary rights and laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means, collectively, rights under patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret laws, and any other intellectual property or proprietary rights, recognized in any country or jurisdiction worldwide, including, without limitation, moral or similar rights. You may not delete, alter, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice we have placed on the Software. All rights, not expressly granted hereunder, are expressly reserved to Licensor.
The software may or may not contain material licensed by third parties, and the licensors of those materials may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this License Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that in no event will Licenser, their employees, distributors suppliers or in any other way affiliates to G-Mouse Configurator be held responsible for any harm directly and / or indirectly caused by our software / use of , furthermore any programs /scripts developed in relation to, or with G-Mouse Configurator or even G-Mouse Configurator itself should always be considered as “Unsafe” therefore by agreeing to this license agreement, you also agree that any responsibility for the use, and / or harm caused in any way by G-Mouse Configurator or any other software in relation as stated, is solely placed at the end user (you) and therefore Licensor or any affiliates can in no case be held responsible for such activity.
